ha888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in Prohibited Conduct, provided false information, or where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.
Upon termination for cause, ha888 may, at its sole discretion, void all pending bets, cancel all active bonuses and forfeit any Account balance derived from or associated with a breach. Any legitimate real-money balance not related to a breach may be returned to the player following completion of any outstanding KYC and AML obligations.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting ha888 Support. Prior to Account closure, all active wagering requirements must be resolved and any pending withdrawals processed in accordance with Section 6.
